Sometimes out of date firmware can get shared online. To ensure you are getting the latest firmware for your specific product, always check the website product page. Or use the firmware sent to you by our Product Support Team.
- Go to https://elac.com/
- Click Families of ELAC in the top website Menu.
- Locate your product Series (e.g. Debut ConneX).
- On the Series page, click your particular Model (e.g. DCB41).
- Look for the Resources tab (Beside Features and Specifications).
- Find the Firmware file in the list of Resources and click Download.
You can find instructions on how to update the firmware of your particular product in the Knowledge Base, or contained with in the zip file of your firmware download.
